Fruit Salad w/ Banana Glaze
8 c. fruit: strawberries, mango, peaches, blueberries, grapes, apples, bananas, etc. (get creative!)
2 medium bananas
8 oz. low-fat lemon yogurt
2 tbl. sugar
2 tea. lemon juice
In a blender, add yogurt, bananas, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend and pour over bowl of sliced or chopped fruit. Stir, cover, and refrigerate. Serve cold.
